I hung out with this guy for a few hours today...last week he had no tine length at all so I'm excited to see his progression the next few weeks.

He's in the exact same bed right now with 3 smaller bucks around him...I'm not hiking clear over there for good video today though...guna let him chill and glass from the distance

Well he didn't finish off as good as I had hoped he would...but I'm still going to go after him this next weekend...maybe?? I'm torn between him, 2 nice 3x3's, and a 20" wide 6x8 nontypical with a itty bitty 4 point frame...probably whichever buck gives me a shot first will go to sleep!! Anyways here's video of the "new friend" taken Sunday morning...a few of you said you wanted to see how he finished off. Any guesses on score?? I was thinking 160ish but I don't even think he'll go that with the weak tines...

I don't think he's done yet. Seems like there are alot of mature bucks this year that will have very soft tips if taken opening weekend.
