I took a lot of heat on this website last year when I kept telling everyone that the buck that was killed in Utah last year is not the new world record archery typical and the actual world record typical was killed somewhere else. I just recieved word that the new world record archery typical velvet muley will be on the cover of the next Eastmans. Congrats to the hunter and I TOLD YOU SO suckers.

I was thinking the same thing about VELVET records.

BUT, apparently it's a big one and I'd love to see the pictures, whether the record, 2nd place, 3rd, 4th...........111th; just like pictures of big deer!

Tell me the OP didn't go out and kill a world record deer just to prove someone wrong on MM? DOH!

I'm sure the pics are all being held pending publication by Eastmans' but looking forward to reading the article and seeing the pics of a velvet monster!
