Sons Nothern Region Buck

After spending alot of time scouting for Grandpas moose and Uncles Mnt Goat he was a little concerned about finding a buck. Opening morning we decided to load up the packs and hike in about 3 miles to an area we have seen some decent bucks in the past. As it got light we realized that only one other hunter was in the area and we quickly started to spot deer. Garrett spotted this buck at about 8:00 oclock as I was glassing another area. We quickly cut the distance from about 800 yards to 418 and Garrett made a great shot. 4 hrs and alot of sweat later we made it back the truck. Great day spent on the mountain!
