Here are a few pics from the strip I had laying around, I'll post some additional pics later. Figured I'd post them before they showed up "Famous" in some hunting video or Magazine etc. Enjoy!

sonofthesouth,
Those are some sweet pics, just curious who you are and what ties you have to the Strip. I too have copies of the first trail cam pic you posted of the buck called "Lucky". I got the pic from the owner of the camera, I tried to look up your profile but was unable too, so I am not sure if you are the owner or not, please send me a PM so I can validate your claims.

HunterHarry did your buddy's hunt on there own or did they use a guide? If guided who did they use?

I did not have your number, but I called the individual I had gotten the pic from and he varified your claims. Congrats on getting some absolute monsters on trail cam and I look forward to one day meeting up with you out on the Strip. Once again, those are some great bucks.

Pretty awesome bucks! Be sure to check out the new MuleyCrazy DVD (in a month or two) to see the first two get pounded. The first buck was INSANE big this year; WAY bigger than in this pic.

Pics of Bucks like that are what keep me coming back to mule deer forum
Incredible monsters. Thanks to all for sharing pics
I noticed not much for eyeguards on most ? Not that it matters to me. Was just curious if you see That in that region much?

Its truly amazing what that place pumps out each year. I know that alot of the bucks do get photo'ed and scouted out before season, but I love the fact that someone can go in there looking for one buck, and steps on an absolute giant they never knew about.

BCBOY,
His beams are 30 and 28.5 His 4's are 15 and 13.

The first buck in these pictures had a 224" frame this year, 41.5" wide, 268 gross with less than 2" of deductions. My favorite buck of all time.

Well Steve, since the buck on your wall is no longer your favorite, you might as well bring it up to my house. lol

+1 halface!

I like that too and that is why most sheep hunts don't appeal to me, it seems someone knows EVERY SHEEP on the unit.

Can we see a pic of little BRO?

A couple weeks before the archery hunt me and another guy had our cameras stolen off that tank in the second picture. NOT making accusations, that picture looks like it was taken after antler growth was mostly done, well after I had a camera up. Just disappointed didn't get a picture of the buck. Doubt he was coming in during the day much, I rarely saw good bucks like that come in during the day in that area.

It seems crazy to me but of the 12 shooter bucks (as decided by a committee of one)I had pictures of before the season, at least 10 are dead. I keep thinking at this rate the quality of bucks has to decline. Most would probably disagree but I do wonder.

That is about as big as mains get. I just love the looks of that buck's fronts in particular. The other two bucks are very impressive as well.

How about posting a picture of that incredible NM buck from a couple years ago. The one that was a bit controversial. That is possibly the best framed buck of all time. I'm sure most MM fanatics would like to see some more horn porn. Thanks

i thought that was the hamberlin buck only smaller when i first saw the post i evan pulled up a pic and was comparing the two but wasn't for sure is it from last year?

No controversy really, just some child wanting to play with the adults and getting his tender feelings hurt. It got old, having to deal with the beat thinking he knew something about the buck, but he does have a very very very big frame... Every time I'm at my best friends house and I look up on his wall, I'm reminded of just how big. The big money guys don't kill them all and children best know their places. Anyhoo, I doubt I'll post picks of that buck again, plus I got tierd of getting emails of the deer saying they were taken in Colorado or Utah or the best so far is the guy I sold an elk tag to showing me the picture on his phone and telling me he took it that year with "this very phone"

Son,
I remember that picture. There was a guy on a BC hunting forum that claimed to have taken that picture in BC. When I called him on it, he then said he was with his buddy in AZ when that picture was taken. I asked him who his buddy was and he knew he was busted and so like all wannabees do, he got his panties all in a knot and I was labeled yet again as the big bad bully. I think I actually got banned over that. ;)

Son
If I remember correctly, that buck was pushing 36"s wide and probably scored about 250". I believe his right side alone had to be over 100" typical and his left had the extras including inlines and a bitching crab point off his long main beams. I didn't realize the buck was ever harvested. Was the buck shot that year or a subsequent year? What did he finally end up ,scoring? Congrats to the hunter for killing such a monster. Definitely one of the best NM bucks ever except for possibly the Mundy buck.

Thanks for posting the Strip bucks. Are you sure you don't want to post the pic of the NM buck? Hell how many years has it been?

Very nice I have seen him before but its always nice to see be bucks like that all the time.

UTmonsterslayer , the buck in the first picture is not the 268" 41 wide Alan Hamberlan buck that you're thinking of . very similar but different buck . The buck in the first picture will score around 240'. I have several pics of this buck . To my knowledge it was harvested , though I have not seen any harvested pics of this buck circulating the Net . But I have not seen this buck since october either .

They all are super Big Bucks.

If I die before I get to archery hunt THE STRIP, I'm going to be one miserable son of a B!! I can't wait to get back down there to find more sheds. Awesome bucks Son!!

~Z~

AZMighty, UTMonsterSlayer is correct that is the same buck as Hamberlain's buck. Story I've heard is Brec Bundy found the deer took Video and showed those boys were it was. His little brother found the shed can't remember his name but if I remember right he only found one side.

Man I would have loved to hunt the strip before all the trail cams, subguides and finders fees. A strip tag just doesn't appeal to me like it used to.
Not knocking anyone, I might be doing the same if I lived closer. Incredible bucks.
