I have a question for all you professional scorers. On deer and elk there are 4 mass measurements. But if you only have a 3 point on one side (or 5 point) do you miss the second (or fourth on an elk) mass measurement on the main beam? Also what if he is missing his eye gaurds, do you only get one mass measurement in between the bur and the G2?

LAST EDITED ON Feb-28-12 AT 02:55PM (MST)[p]If you are a nonUtard you get 4 mass measurements a side reguardless of how many antler points the animal has but if you are a Tard you get 4 measurements squared a side. Plus double the inside spread and then total it all up. Bucks in Utardia usually score 190 or better. Glad to be of help.

There are ALWAYS 4 mass measurements. Even if you chose to measure a forky or a spike.

Go to the Boone and Crockett website, check out he FAQ section and you can get a unofficial score sheet to play with.

Thanks guys me and my buddy wer'nt sure and so we figured we would ask the pros. By the way that is some funny Utah comedy. For the record im not a Utard.
