Book Cliffs Muzzy Deer Help

I drew the expo muzzy tag for the book cliffs and was wonder if the deer seen on top in the summer will still be there on the muzzy hunt. What do I need to know about the area. I have never been there and I hope to find a good buck. Any help would be appreciated.

I had the rifle tag last year and it was alot of fun. From what I heard the deer are starting to head off the top during the muzzy hunt. So they could be up top one day and gone the next. Be ready to look over lots of deer. And take plenty of food and gas.

31 pretty well nailed it. I would start out on top, and if your not seeing anything start working your way down in elevation. They are not going to be consistent with their patterns, so if you see a shooter get moving.
Good luck, your going to have a blast. If the draw results come out soon, I could start planning my hunt down there too.
