Check and see if your stock is touching the barrel. I've had similar problems with my 50 cal. and was told by another TC gun owner that you need clearance around the barrel, kinda like floating it or a glass bedding job. Let me know if it works for you.

Give them a call and i'm not talking about the dealer you purchased it from . callt/c or better yet e-mail them.
there is a chance you got ahold of a setup barrel
they will exchange it no problems. And you can garantee they checked out the new one prior to sending it to you. they strive for satisfaction.

Do not get all excited just yet.

I had the same problem with my 50 cal. Encore.
I was shoting everything and could not hit sh??

I called the dealer, they asked me what was the best combo I had found. I told them and 45 cal. sabot with a 300 gr. XTP ( this was only holding a 12 inch pattern at 100 yards)
They told me they (the T/C dealer) had the best luck with a 44 cal sabot with a 240 gr XTP.
Holly SHI?, talk about a difference. I was now holding a 2" pattern at 100 yards.

To my point--i was having the same problem with my encore. Encores are very sensitive, Call the dealer and get the load information from them. Ask the dealers what is working the best before you decide to send it back.

PS--I noticed I need to totaly brake the barrrel down and clean it about every dozen shots.

Keep me informed.
