LAST EDITED ON Sep-08-12 AT 12:21PM (MST)[p]Here is a pic that I was able get on my last scouting trip. I took the pic at approx 300 yds through my Vortex Razor HD spotting scope, using the Tine$ up scope cam adapter.
I think it came out pretty sweet, and is one of my nicest pics to date. I may edit it a little bit to try and make the colors more rich.
Tell me what you think.

Great pic. That is a pretty buck. Would be interesting to see a color enhanced update. Nice job Sliver.

Thanks Elkster, that is exactly what I was planning on doing.

He had us pegged, but we were scouting for elk. We glassed the opposite hillside from him for approx 30 min. while he fed right by that burned tree, never moved. Finally we hiked over the hill and left him by that tree. He didn't seem to care that we were there.

man great shot...reminds me of my 2000'Pauns hunt when I had a big NON-TYP looking at me just like that.....I just could not bring myself to doing a Texas Heart shot on that Monarch!!
I still dream of that Buck all the time!!
