If you have more than 5 or 6 deer preference points I wouldn't burn them on the Boobie Hole.
If you have less points you may want give it at a try, however I wouldn't, but we all have different interests in our preference point expenditures.
It should be a fairly easy draw. Few local hunters apply.
The Boobie Hole usually has a hand full of 3 year old bucks but few older bucks. A 160" buck would be toward the high end on the unit. Most years, you'd need to hunt long and hard to find a 160", or just get lucky, which can happen.
It's been a better elk unit for the last 20 years. Be sure to visit with the operator "before" you apply.
