Guys,
I've been pounding it since Friday. High 60s during the day, no snow= 0 RUT ACTIVITY. Ive been hunting 711 primarily and have yet to find an area to hike into without a road.
My question is due to the temps and lack of snow, does anyone know any trails, basins etc in the 71 high country that I can hike into? The leaves are off the aspens so I would prefer glassing them. Ive got Google Earth on the phone and maps but time is short! I never expected to be hunting "up" in November.
Any help/pms or whatever is appreciated!
