I had a late season, Nov. 17 permit for private land area called Buckrun and while it was only a 1 day hunt I made the most of it.

Let me guess, you drive a 1 ton with oak trees for smoke stacks, 12" lift kit and 40" tires to pull a single place lawn mower trailer?

Nice buck. I was always curious how that tag was managed. Were you able to hunt on any of the cooperative landowners property, Or were you limited to certain ones? I used to live in Moses Lake and would drive out there and glass some of those bucks in August and September.

He gave me access to a certain parcel, lots of deer but I think there are bigger ones in other parts of the property that he probably doesn't let anyone hunt....

He'll let you hunt in those other sections if you have enough money. A wealthy man from central Washington shot a buck there that was over 200". This was within the last few years and it cost him a pretty penny.

Sweet buck. Thanks for sharing. What's with all the mass on all these Washington bucks? Awesome.
