What is the best mule deer unit in the state?

Unit??? I think the late muzzy hunt in 114/115 is the best hunt but not necessarily the best unit. An average unit with a rut hunt can be the best.

If i had to pick a unit I could hunt every year it would be 10. Early archery, muzzy, early rifle, late rifle and late(prime rut) archery. Plenty of bucks with always the chance of a pig plus the country is beautiful and remote.

any area in the state holds good mule deer, just a matter of finding them I can go out on any occasion and find many mature bucks some 30+ most between 20-27if I dont see 20 bucks a day in this cattagory,it wasnt a good day
