Colorado unit 40 muzzy?

Just wanted to get some feed back and opinions from all you experts here at MM. Should I burn my non res 2 pts on unit 40 muzzy? Looks like close to 40% of the unit is private? Any good deer for the DIY public hunter? Thanks!

You could get lucky, but during September I have heard that most deer are up in the higher (and private) country.
