Unit 34 wy

Anyone ever draw this tag. Went on a friends advice and have never been to the unit and looking for some info to start doing some homework. Not afraid to get back in and work for it either instead of riding around in a truck or atv. Thanks for the help.

Decent area for average 3's & 4's. Numbers have been in a decline the past few years which is why the G&F cut tag numbers significantly a few years ago. Most of your hunters will be in the north half of the area...

It's amazing how the resident draw odds have changed in the past 2 years. It went from a 55% draw to a 21% this year.

The north half of the area has lots of deer but most are 22-24 inch 3 and 4 's that most people kill. It produced some big deer in the past, but needs another tag cut and five years to be a great area

Hey Bigbuck. My hunting partner and I pulled this tag as well. We are headed up in Sept to scout and find a place to camp. We might see ya there.
