Ext archery hunt

I have a friend that hasn't killed a deer before and is willing to shoot whatever we can get him on in the extended wasatch front unit. Any advice on where to go or look?

This early, they're still up high for the most part. Like the previous poster said, get up there and you'll find them. You may not find a lot, but should find some.

My girlfriend is hoping to arrow her first deer this year and we'll probably wait until November and then get up high and see what we can do......if she can tolerate the cold that is.
