Hey guys go check out this video I put together of my buddy's deer hunt. This is the buck that is currently featured on the front page of the website. This was a great hunt and TJ worked hard for this buck. It was a little rough not seeing the big bucks we were looking for but we made a big move and ultimately it paid off big time!

Hope you enjoy!

Sweet. Thanks for sharing. Good job on the yote as well.

Yeah about that yote. I didn't get on film the part where the coyote was chasing a fawn pretty hard then the does started chasing the coyote off and that's where you see the film start and by then the coyote didn't want to mess with them. It was pretty cool to witness those does help the fawn like that. This area has a bunch of yotes so I was happy to remove one that day to help the deer herd.
Glad you enjoyed the video!

Great video! Did you get most of your scope footage with phone adapter or camera adapter? Both?

LAST EDITED ON Mar-09-14 AT 10:12PM (MST)[p]First and foremost, thank you!

I used my iPhone with phone skope adapter on my Vortex Razor HD 20-60x85 scope. That produced some very impressive long range footage. Some of the longer stuff in the video was beyond 1000 yards.

I also use my canon sx50 and that has impressed me as well. The zoom shots were done with this camera. Those different bucks were 800-900 yards away. I have to be careful to not record with digital zoom because that makes it pixelated quickly. But to see a bucks rack I can zoom all they way in and check him out real good quicker and easier than I could with my spotting scope setup.

Very nice video, Great buck.

Thanks for sharing! Lots of does, fawns, and little bucks! Good to see them like that.

Also good to see the big one as you are on your way to where you wanted to get to. That is just how it works sometimes! Hunt the whole way!

Good job!

Yep it is good to see the younger bucks late in the season so you know they should make it to the next year and could mature into a great buck! We just need to help them out some more by taking out some of those pesky coyotes! I plan to do this.

Thanks again guys for all your comments! This was fun to do so I am glad it got a good response.

My two friends and I have started an outdoor group called Grey Ghost Outdoors. We are on Facebook and Instagram so head on over and give us a like if you are on there and browse through our photos. You might like what you see and there is plenty more coming!
Thanks again everyone!
