Landowner vouchers

I may be in the market for a landowner voucher for Nevada if I don't draw anything. Are there a bunch of different companies that sell them? Is it better to find a rancher and buy direct from them? Is that even feasible? Are there ever "left-over" vouchers or vouchers that maybe haven't been purchased come late October that can be purchased for cheaper? I'm a newbie at this but it may be my only means of hunting this year. I'd prefer Nevada but would look into Utah as well. Thankis for any info you can give.
