Jim White tripod head

I purchased one of these heads a few years ago and it has been great. However I lost one of the adjustment knobs on a recent hunt. I am looking for someone that maybe has one the are not using where I could purchase the knob. It is my Understanding that Jim unfortunately passed away this last year and the head is no longer available.
