Post here your draw results

Well another year Nevada has not been kind!! going on 9 years for a damn deer tag & another 0 this year. 3 years & no antelope. Elk I new I wouldn't draw. I have had shiddy luck in all states I have put in for. I should just sell all my hunting gear, and buy a boat.

hey 264mag....is it June 10th already?

Our whole hunting group that I hunt with in total we got about 8 antlered mule deer tags and 1 doe tag and 1 cow elk tag.

Feeling really blessed

Hopefully by then I will get over my no draw.

drew another skunk! I now have the following points:
2 deer
5 antelope
12 sheep X 3 species
12 Mt. Goat

By the time I draw again, I'll have a walker and an oxygen bottle.

Looks like a last minute, out of state scramble again.

your a lot better than me at letting it go....it will take me alot longer than that to get over it....lol I don't know why it gets to me so bad. but I have been lucky in NEV 2 goat tags, a late deer and a bull tag in 15 years. even then it is depressing every year to not see my name

I always think i will draw too many tags and have overlapping hunts. I was wrong once again.

No tag for me.

Is it bad if im already excited for next year?

My son and I drew the late (12/5-1/15) cow elk in 111 and 112. Have not hunted in that area for 18 years. Plan to make a camping trip up there but would take any suggestions. Thanks.

If I didn't have my deer, javalina and Ibex tag for New Mexico it would have been a little worse getting over this draw.

Elk area 131 132 and 108.Great area.I am really psyched since nobody else in the family drew any tags.My nephew bagged a nice bull there back in 2012.

114-115L cow for me

Anybody have any pointers? I have hunted the area for lopes but never elk.

I drew 111 early rifle bull.
I have not drawn anything good in years. I just drew a 4th season bull in Colorado and now this.
I will probably return the Colo. tag because both hunts are the same dates.

Finally after 10 years (11 for deer) of putting in for all species I've drawn a NR lope tag 012-014. Hopefully that breaks the bad luck streak and will draw one tag a year from now on cause I'm not greedy lol. My son, a resident drew bear 192, 194-196 late archery buck, and a doe lope 041 (he's on time out for elk and lope). My grandson drew Res 076-079 081 M cow tag. Other two sons NR's struck out. Over all pretty good year for NV

My recent draw success resulted in minimal PPs, or time out time so, although disappointed, not surprised at the zip.

But my wife had 8 PPs for everything except deer and didn't draw, that was disappointing and surprising.

LAST EDITED ON May-31-16 AT 02:28PM (MST)[p]Z- 114-115 Late Cow is an extremely tough hunt with low harvest numbers. I drew it 3 years ago and the majority of the elk had moved out of 114 over into 111-112. I found a big herd in 115 but they were inside the Park boundaries and seldom came off. I put a ton of miles on (foot and truck) trying to locate some elk but came up empty handed. I did see some really nice Bulls though.
Both units are highly accessible by truck or ATV.
Good luck.

I drew 072, Archery Cow. First time there. Will be doing a DIY, and could use some advice. I can trade some info for 073, and Rubies. Matt

"If we lose freedom here, there is no
place to escape to. This is the last stand
on Earth."

My hunting buddy and I got drawn for units 171-173 early antlered mule deer. If anybody has information they are willing to share on those units, that would be great.

Any advice would humbly accepted since I'm a noob

We drew 3 early 111 bull tags 4 076 muzzleloader cow elk tags two muzzleloader area 6 deer tags and my father in law drew 181 desert big horn. It's going to be a phenomenal year
