This has been way too Warm to be Huntin!

Not Complainin but it Ain't even been Cool Enough to Cool Meat out!

Same to dang warm. My 12 year old got his first buck on the 12th, got it skinned within a couple hours and still lost a bit of meat in one hind quarter.

Mid- 70's in the Bighorn Basin, but it gets to the low 40's in the early AM. Got to get out to kill a meat doe...LOL.

Hot ??? Come down south. It's was almost 90 in st George today. A little cooler on the Mountain . I was up at 9300 feet for the opener in central Utah . It was 42 degrees opening morning. That's pretty warm for that country. Deer scatter from the top of the mountains all the way into town. The road are super dusty. We need some rain. Not any snow to speak of. Time to get the boat back out and put the snowmobiles away.
