BC Early Season Success

LAST EDITED ON Oct-29-14 AT 09:00PM (MST)[p]With the late season closing in fast, my time will be spent finding a monster muley for myself, I thought I'd share some of our early season success. Our freezer has been filling up fast.

i cut one of of my whitetail tags on this little guy on the way to work.

The kids have one more whitetail tag each. I have a muley tag, whitetail tag, black bear tag, grizzly tag, cougar tag and late season bull moose tag. My grizz tag ends in mid Nov so I am planning one more trip before the end.

It is in 300 Sav. That ol' lever gun just keeps piling up the animals. My kids are the 4th generation in my family to use it.

BC, I can't believe how much your kids have grown since I started visiting this site. Congrats to your family on another fantastic year.
I have my dad's M99 300 savage with the cool bullet counter in the side. It's my most prized gun.

I have acquired allot of guns over the years but when I open my safe the one I reach for 9 outa 10 times is my model 99 its in 284 and I can't even remember how many animals its put in the freezer.And when I'm gone it will be the one my kids will fight over...Just love those old 99s

Man BC, I'm with Jimmy on this one...

I can't believe how much your kids have grown. It's been great to see them over the years through your pics of all the tags punched, as well as the family excursions you've taken. My hat's off to you, and HunterHarry for allowing us to follow along all this time!
