Hi all
Thought I would post photos of some of the bucks we have shot in Idaho over the last few years.
We generally hunt 1 particular unit.
We see very very few deer, but even fewer hunters:)
This year we hunted several days and did not see 1 other hunter.
Learning a unit and hunting it over decades can pay off that is for sure.
20 years ago, we shot some real TOADS.
The quality has gone down a bit, but we still have some success.

Notice the body size on these bucks, they are huge!

The general look of the area:

You guys are doing great! some terrific bucks any pics of the big ones you shot years ago?
I'd delete that first pic though, somebody is going to recognize that area sooner or later and then you will see more hunters.

There are many things that would be nice to wish for or say but then I would be just like him.

That first pic looks like 90% of the places I hunt. Thats why they are doing so well up high where other people don't go. Nice bucks.

Nice job Mike,
I just noticed this post. I have kind of taken a break from this site, but it is good to see Tagalong back in action!
Congrats to you guys.
