Book Cliffs north or south?

I'm sure that this has been asked on here and I searched the archives and couldn't find any info on it.

Which is better to hunt for the rifle hunt on the Books north or south?

I believe the majority of the deer migrate to the north. We use to hunt the south end before it was limited entry on the late muzzleloader hunt and saw some nice deer. Not sure how it would be for the rifle hunt where it is earlier.

To be frank, I'd wait see what the reports say... Hunted the south area twice during the rifle hunt with family. 2011 and 2009. Both seasons we saw maybe 3 other hunting groups. Not a ton of bucks, but we came away with good deer each time due to low hunter numbers... With 60 tags specific to that area now, I'm waiting to see any indication that the south unit had success. I'm afraid too many hunters are now forced into the south area, and the deer numbers just aren't there...

Way more deer in the north. Way more success in the north. But it's the Book cliffs, so none of them are GIANTS... Just nice deer.

TrophyHunter, I'm thinking of burning my points for the Books instead of waiting another 5+ for other units, and I'm thinking maybe the south unit. But it looks like you may have some insight to help me out as well. Any opinions would be appreciated.
