Wyo NR deer question

Does wyo have a "party" put in for NR that gives you the average points of the People putting in?

Like if I have 0 and my buddy has 2.....and we put in together we both have 1?

Also if I'm reading the odds right...if I have 0 points right now and I put in for the special I have 30% chance of an H tag?

Wyo does have a party application and your example is correct. You and your buddy would have 1 point. Keep in mind that they don't round up. So say you had 3 people and those 2 points then you each would have .66 of a point.

They don't round up but your party with an average of .66 points draws before a party with 0 points.
