Three Nice Muley Sets I Found

Here's a couple mule deer sets I found this year. The top antlers, I actually watched them drop from the bucks head. Both sides!! That was a first for me. Anyone else seen a buck drop?

Anyway, the one antler I found is a real heavy sucker. Photo doesn't even do it justice. Tall buck too..............

Crazy huh, but yes, tehy're a set. I'm sure of it. They were only about 12 fet apart and have many of the same characteristics. Mass was same, but the 4 point was a lot taller and just better.

Awesome finds, Brian, and congrats on watching em drop. I watched numbers 7 and 8 drop this year, but of the 8, I've only picked up 4 of the 8.

I've had the pleasure of watching bucks drop a horn twice! About 7 years ago watched a small 3 pt drop his left side. And this year, about 3 weeks ago, watched a forked horn rubbing his antlers on some sage brush. The right side popped off. Watched him for another hour before he fed off into a big draw. Never did drop that other side.
