I think you've answered your own question my friend.
While everyone would take the option of hunting in a "better" unit, I think you should go with the unit that you can get to know the best. If you live in the Nebo unit, and you're planning on hunting 2016, you've got this summer to get out into your backyard and see what there is to see on the Nebo. You will have the rut you can get out and see the bucks in your area, and next winter to see them on the winter range. And then next summer to scout even more for the archery hunt once again.
Get to know your own backyard and I think you will find much better success.

yes Nebo is very steep. I live right in the middle of it. I was out and bout last week and jumped 6 deer outta there beds just coming up and over the hills. I herd wasatch has better back country. So that's why I'm wondering. Thanks!
