It's gonna be a very good year!

It started last month when I found out that I drew an M3 tag in California, after my son shot a 31 1/2" buck on that hunt last year.

Now, I just found out that I drew an Arizona Strip deer tag. Don't know which unt yet, but my card has a pending charge for the tag. And I've already booked with A3!

It's gonna be a good hunting season this November!

Congrats on the AZ Strip Tag ! So many Giant Bucks on the AZ Strip this year it's like a repeat of 2010 . Good luck to ya !

Thanks! I'm feelings very fortunate to have both of these tags this year First, conditions-wise, one of the very best years to have a strip tag after back to back wet years (let's hope the monsoon continues to be strong). Second, California moved the Doyle hunt back a week to Nov 21-29. That's a migration hunt so the later dates are huge, especially if we get snow. Latest long range weather predictions are for a strong wet winter here in CA.

Feeling very fortunate right now.

I hope I can do that, but it'll probably be tough from out on the Strip as I doubt I'll be able to get cell coverage out there. Doyle should be pretty easy to give daily updates and I'll enjoy doing it.
