I have his twin brother on my wall... But mine's a little bigger. ;-)

170"

Im thinking bigger score. Here is another pic of him. His brother ( atleast I think was his brother) was killed last year and taped out at 209"

Using the MM scoring system.....190's. Using the B&C scoring system......160's.

140s
Maybe let him live another 5 or 6 years and he'll grow into a "real" trophy.

There's always next year

My first thought was he might be pushing 180. i settled at 177".

That's gross, these "guess the scores" generally are looking for a gross score because they give a buck credit for everything he has, no deductions.

shoot that bugger and let's find out! :)

Short G2's, very small G4, and no mass...I'd tend to agree with the OM's. He does look like he's mature though.

He's a nice buck. However, he doesn't have the "wow" factor that would put him even close to 190" in my humble opinion. But all comments laid aside, I would have no problem shooting a critter like that! Beautiful buck!

I think the 170-175" range is pretty close. I never have any idea where some of these guys get their scores from. "160ish" is lowballing a buck like that like crazy. Here's my scores for the right side:
G1: 1.5 G2: 15 G3: 9 G4: 11 Main: 22 Mass: 17
Multiply that by 2, subtract 2 for the weaker left G4 and add 22" for spread credit (he's wider than his mains are long), I come up with 171 gross. But I will say right now that I could be wrong about the main length. They're just so gnarly on the ends and you can't tell in the pictures very well, so they could be an inch or two longer, which would add inches to not only the main credits, but also the spread credit.
There's my slightly educated guess.

171" gross?......so in the 160's officially (net), correct? No low balling here or from Homer then......just two guys who measure things officially.....and more importantly, correctly. :)

I was just messing around on my first guess.
I'm sure that buck will go into the 180s".

I find it funny that you are giving an Official Scorer a hard time about his educated guess. Maybe he can give you some art/photography lessons.

Haha, I've already thrown in my hat. I'm not going to pick a fight with the guys who are certified to do it. At least not more than the initial jab. I will agree that he is 160-175ish :)
And thank you, I appreciate the compliment.

Mid 170's GROSS. Who really cares about the Net besides the country club boys? To me, net totals only matter in regards to pay checks. When people start talking net big game scores, I ask them if they want me to cut off all the excess. Then they don't have to worry about the dreaded deductions. It's all pretty silly really.-----SS
