LAST EDITED ON Apr-18-16 AT 09:13PM (MST)[p]My buck was mounted by Mike C.("Packout" on this forum) of Sagebasin taxidermy. It turned out as good as I could have ever expected.
Here's some pics.
Sweet buck. He does some awesome work, good guy too. I have a buck in there as we speak. How do like that wall mounting setup? I'm having him do the same type deal on mine.

That's correct. Maybe some day down the road if I get more space or money to do a floor pedestal. I have the option of doing it, with no changes to the mount.
Very nice!
You are collecting some impressive trophies, Ridge. I hope you have dedicated plenty of wall space for future candidates. No doubt you will need it!
Great buck. Just the perfect medicine and timing to get the blood flowing for Utah's May drawing. With New Mexico in the books this week, starting to channel my positive thoughts to the Utah draw.

I did a short recap of getting it last fall along with some other bucks I helped out with but I have written up a more detailed story to possibly submit to a magazine. It's a general season public land buck.
