Don't know the story, but you got to love the left side flyer. Elk looking. How wide did it tape out to? How much did you pay for the bad boy? Congrats on the purchase.

I paid four and a quarter for the head.

"Four and a quarter" seems like a great deal on such a unique head..! Unless you meant four and a quarter thousand, then it's too rich for my blood...

Not to mention the mount looks quite nice.

I may be wrong. But I'm pretty sure it's a camp Williams buck. Guy said he shot it on the bench in draper but it really came from the bluffdale area.

Thanks for the info Muley and Tikka. I figured he wasn't shot up on the hill somewhere. Kind of thought he may be a citified deer. You guys know when he was killed?

Bobcat I knew it wasn't your head, you only shoot the pisscutters off of ATV trails. I also bought a nice set of elk horns maybe I should post them up and see if anybody knows the scoop on him also.

i was under the impression that we were talking about the buck that has been showing up the past few years. i was told that this buck was killed a few years ago
