Mule deer hunts roll call 2016

Interested in where everyone is chasing mule deer this year. I have a few other hunts but the ones that matter are mule deer hunts. The draws are pretty much done so I will go first. List the month, weapon and state. Some folks are a little testy on units so I will leave those out.

Ca x zone end of sept to October then off to Idaho mid October. That's it for mule deer this year.

Wyo late for me. Headed to Nevada late for my Sons hunt. Might also get lucky and draw an Arizona late tag as well.

That's it. But I do have cow elk tag as well. And might do general bull elk in Utah as well. Still undecided.

CA- A zone....1st time in 7 years or so I've opted to get a tag in my home area. Gonna work hard to fill the tag.

CO- unit 22 3rd season...my serious hunt this year. Burned 8 points on this tag so hoping for a good buck.

Utah- 15 year old son drew a Fishlake west tag so will go over winter break.

Taxi- what CA tag do you have in November?

September- first time hunting in Wyoming for deer. Been scouting already, LOVE the little hills in region G!!!

October- just for my boys, Idaho deer and elk.

November- drew a controlled hunt in Idaho for the second time in my life. Muzzleloader deer.

December- late cow elk.

My 12 y.o. daughter drew 2 tags on her first year..

GS Deer (Utah) Wasatch East, She will hunt both the muzz. and rifle for the tag. Also, late season cow elk, same unit. Should be a blast and memories galore!!!!!!

16 y.o. son drew the same GS deer tag, also will do muzz. and rifle.

I drew the new late season LE deer (muzz) hunt on Wasatch East.. Fingers crossed for us all.

October general deer for wife and 38 year old son.
January cow tag for the wife.
Birds all Fall long when I can break away.
Good solid year for me.
