Idaho unit 40 nov. 1-24

What's up fellas! I'm a first time poster who was lucky enough to draw unit 40 in Idaho this year nov 1-24. It looks like some guys one here have drawn this tag before and killed some dandy bucks. This is my first time drawing a GOOD deer tag and I'm jacked up beyond belief. I know the worse the weather the better the hunting is going to be and plan on shooting the first 170" buck I see. Seeing what people's thoughts on that are cause I know there's some monsters in there. Any info on the unit would be much appreciated. Thanks

Good luck. The southern part of the state has been down overall the past few years. You may look long and hard at the first 160". Once again good luck.
