When I was coming home from a scout trip Thursday night I noticed small brush fire that was started Wednesday night some time. The fire is just south of the Whiskey creek area. It was a small fire and the fire crews were just getting there but the roads into the Whisky creek area where closed because of the fire. If you plane on scouting in the Whiskey creek area this weekend you may want to call the local Forest service to see what the conditions are.
