We started to glass the hill side and saw a couple of smaller buck. After sitting for a couple hours we started to get restless, and stood up to stretch, when my brother caught a deer run into the group of trees we had been watching. After he walked out he presented a 250 yard broadside shot which is all my nephew needed to place a 100 grain slug in his neck from his .243. Being his 1st buck he will have a hard time trying to out do it in the future. Congrats on your harvest.
