HOLY SHIZNICH!!! LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THAT SON OF A BIZNICH!!! Im impressed. Can't wait to hear the story behind this one. Littlefoot, did you take this pic?? What else do you know about it???

SWEET!! Littlefoot, that is amazing! What a beautiful animal. Are we going to have to wait for the next issue of Trophy Hunter or Eastmens to learn more? Thanks for sharing the pic, congrats to your buddy. I had no idea that Washington St. was capable of such a huge bull.

BTW, after the drying period, what do you think he will score? Also, what is the P&Y record? Are you knocking on the door?

no, i did not take the pic, i believe it was his brother. he sat on the bull all day, from 8:00AM till 4:15PM. took it with one arrow, it went 20 yards. i'll get more pics, and the rest of the story this week-end.

That is a big bull. Did it come out of Yakima area. maybe I can find his little brother this winter. There are a lot of big bulls around in those spike only areas.

What a bull! Thanks for sharing the picture. Hopefully P&Y treat him better than they did the guy from Alberta who arrowed a bull that could have been #1 if the Panel didn't hammer him so hard.

LITTLEFOOT:

One picture says a lot, but as Paul Harvey says, I can't wait to hear..."the rest of the story."

I bet it was shot in Kittitas County probably south of Cle Elum. Some of the biggest bulls in the state come from there. Isnt the state record from Kittitas Co?

I... I'm speechless! Holy Freakin WOW! That is a HUGE MOFO! My best friends uncle's RIFLE bull is in the top two or three in the state. And that Bull Right There is bigger than he is! Oh ya, there's a lot of really nice elk in Washington, it's just getting the tag for them. You can get drawn for a Yakima Tag, and get permission to hunt one of the orchards down there. Cause the Orchardist's hate the elk. Anyways I'm just babbling now.

Someone would be having to gut me out and carry me off the hill if I shot one that big! WOW!

Awesome! Congratulations!
Think I would have to clean my drawers if I got one that big.
What dreams are made of.
Thanks for sharing.
Best,
Jerry

GREAT PHOTO---------

I'm a real fan of hunters that bag quality animals like this-- in wild country--- no fences, no fees, no guides... Just hard work, blood and sweat.

They're in a category all their own.

That is one great animal. Nice job. I hope to find one similar either here in Oregon or Montana this year.

Who arrowed the bull? I just talked to a lady from my church today, and she said that one of her friends boy took a HUGE Bull Elk a couple weeks ago or something, supposed to be the state record. Wouldn't this bull be that? I am really curious as to who took the bull, and in what area! Please any info is wanted!

Wow! I've never seen an X with that much mass! JEez! I gotta get me one of those! What unit did you get it at? lol

Michael

Thats a fine looking elk, glad to see our state still has some monsters running around! minus one! great job!

a little update...haven't talked to the shooter yet, but his close relative told me today that the bull was officially scored this week-end at...431&1/8...kick some butt, washington...(non-typical)

The link posted and the bull in the topic picture are two different bulls......

not to start anything but I heard that this bull was taken in Az by a hunter from Washington??????????? anyone know for sure????????

The bull littlefoot is refering to is a WA bull, the picture is in the original post. There was another bull that was taken in AZ by a WA hunter that people are getting confused about. Go to the B&C website and go to trophy talk and you will see a picture of that bull, it was taken in the sage.

I believe this bull just became the new world record after the 60 day drying period.

The Boone and Crockett page says that bull greens out at 417 nontyp by an official P&Y scorer. SO no, thats Not the new world record, but will be Washington record.
