0 for 5 on cow elk !!!!!

it's officail, this was my 5th year of trying to take a cow elk in unit 10 arizona. nothing again. 1 got 22 cows on tape the day before opening day- in another unit of course, and 17 bulls total also on tape, 4 MULE DEER bucks- in thier beds at 100 yards, also on tape. but again- not 1 cow spotted afield, much less a shot at one. i hope you all had better luck than i did.

What part of the unit were you hunting in ? I hunted during the bull hunt and saw cows daily. Confused. Please advise. Wish you would have posted before your hunt, would have been able to help.

i hunted the 1st day north of devil dog road at rods tank= bulls !!!!! second day and 3rd day i hunted north of seligman just north of round mountain/schaeffers tank area= nothing. moved back to devil dog road/rods/lost cow tank= bulls, MULE DEER. 4th-8th i hunted kiabab mountain/kiabab lake- gas pipelines/airport road. then north into perrin ranch, then back to the boquiallas ranch. i pretty much covered quite alot of ground, i did have to return 2 days early due to an issue with my son. but i gave it my best for 8 days- nothing to show for it. did you take a bull ????? i have video tape of 7 different bulls this year, plus the herd of 9 bulls in the different unit before my season began. neat to watch, but i would have traded 1 shot at a cow for all of it.
