Looking for Randy, Guide Freemont UT

I met a guide a couple of years ago while deer hunting on the fishlake unit in Utah. I'm pretty sure his name was Randy and he said he was from Freemont. I was impressed by his knowledge of the Fishlake unit and may want to enlist his services if I draw an elk tag. Any Help would be appreciated.
