Winterhawk has had lots of problems in the past. Last I knew their license had been suspended. I just checked DORA ( Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies ) and it looks as if he has been re instated. If I were you I would get a hold of DORA and request written info on what his violations were. I hope things have changed and I hope you have a great hunt. Be sure to research as much as you can.
