I can read the recaps somewhat but have a question concerning 2nd choice.

I'm thinking with 3 pre pts a person can draw a non-resident bull with muzzle, is that correct?

Can a non-resident draw a 2nd choice cow for muzzle?

both of these questions concerning unit 48

Cow, NO, 53 applications for 40 cow tags, and 6 of those were landowner tags. There were no leftover tags.
