I'M BACK............I have been up in Duwane Adams camp: Unit 1 Arizona with a bunch of hunters. There were 8 clients and they had to go into Springerville a few times to reload on arrows........LOL.......I just got back last night and the there are 6 elk in camp with two more to go. No monsters killed but all good bulls 300 - 340". There are quite a few great stories about the Big ones missed but nobody could shoot straight on the big ones. The rut is absolutely in full swing and the bulls were coming in real good. Yesterday morning I almost got trampled (kinda stretching the truth). a satellite bull came from behind me while I was cow calling and came within 10 feet of me, what a rush. One of the hunters from Michigan shot a good 330 bull that was fighting with another bull. They got the whole thing on video so I hope to have a copy in the mail soon..........what a great hunt and learning experience................... Allen Taylor......

welcome back Bura........I know the feeling on the about trampled......I can relate, laying next to a log and a cow that seemed like only spitting distance away....anyhow, glad your back and hope you had a blast....I sure wish I was up there now chasing some bruiser bulls.....Dwayne

Geeze buddy , welcome back , sounds like one heck of a great time , keep learning those areas , I have 4 points , gonna go take AZ's hunter safety for a 5th point and after next year should be in position to get excited about the draw there in AZ , thats when you come in , you know the honey holes ,eh , great plan ya think ....Great to have ya back ....NMhuntnutt
