CDOW 's deluxe Big Game CD

I was wondering what everyone thought above CDOW's Deluxe Big Game CD? There is two different CD's. For the elk/deer hunter is one better than the other? For those that have used them are they as good as they advertise? I believe there is a yearly update, is this correct? Thanks Mickeyelk

I have the Delux CD. It is a useful tool for playing around, I don't if it is as good as they say, I enjoy my copy. I did get to update it for free earlier this year but the update is very close to the application deadline.

Its OK at best, a bit on the generic side. For looking up stats and numbers it fine but the "where to hunt" info isn't worth much.

It's usable. I am glad I have it. It helps make the first cut when I'm looking for new places to hunt. It could be a little easier to use - it is kind of "clunky" to look up information. They do update it yearly as quick as the data is available.

i have had it for a couple years and have never received any up dates,
i think you have to keep paying to get up dates.
nothing is free anymore,

They won't send you updates, you'll have to update it on line yourself. It was free for me.

I use it only to look at stats, it is like any other CDOW publication, more of a cheerleader section than than the truth.
