AZ Trad Bow

Anyone hunt Elk in Az with traditional equipment? I applied for the first time this year. I shoot a Black Widow SA II.

I hope to hunt elk in AZ with traditional equipment but you know how that goes. Probably just hunt Idaho for elk and Utah for deer. Hunted for mule deer in Jan. down that way but didn't even draw my bow.

I live in Mississippi and hunt whitetails mostly. I went to Wyoming about five years ago and killed a 5 by 4 muley. I have been trying to get back ever since. Two kids and a new job later I applied for rifle mule deer in Wyoming (Grey's River) and archery elk in 5A and 6A in Arizona. My wife's uncle lives in Tuscon and has killed several elk. He says he will guide me.
