I have hunted in that area with outfitters that have guided that unit in the past. Also have a friend that killed a good bull there. Lots of rock. Tough hiking. If the bulls are there, great. If not, it could be a long hunt. Who are you hunting with?
I am hunting with Beaverhead Outfiters. I did extensive research and decided on these folks because they really spent time with me on the phone and seemed very knowledgeable about the areas I had decided on applying for. It really came down Beaverhead or Mick Chappel. It was pretty much a tossup. They were both very highly spoken of by their clients and both were very helpful.
