How about that fish and game allowing the slaughter of a large number of mature bulls by Ephraim, UT? An 8' fence along the highway for 5-6 miles would have done a better job than the slaughtering of dozens of large herd bulls. It took 10 years to build the herd up and 1 month to bring it down.
