WA state Olympic C-unit 621bowhunt

My pard drew the coveted Olympic area 621 unit bow hunt for Sequim and Brinnon elk herds, any access info or sighting of nice bulls info would help.
This is an all permit hunt so he's one of only 6 for archery bulls 3pt or better this Sept.

My buddy had the muzzleloader tag last yr. He didn't connect but I think he could have hunted a little harder. I had the muzzle tag the first yr it reopened (7 yrs ago) & got a nice 6x5 herd bull. I'll send you a email.
