LAST EDITED ON Jul-29-04 AT 02:44AM (MST)[p]Some state must have an attorney to kick his a## in court. He must of felt cocky getting the 9th Circus to side with him on the AZ crap.

Before the lynch mobs gather up the pitch forks, it would be nice to have confirmation on this. Have a link on the filing?

It is my understanding that NV was filed around a month ago. The rest of the western states will be affected very soon. It would be very prudent of all Western states to at least have a phone conference where they share info and implement acceptable plans to their respective commissioners so legislative action can take place before next years draw. In AZ right now, there are a few conservation groups who will meet with AZGFD next week to figure out a game plan on implementing changes in our system that satisfy the 9th circuit but are the most fair all the way around. Hopefully the average hunter is not priced out of the market in most western states.......... Allen Taylor......

Does anyone really think Jean cares? Why can't you at least put your own damn name on the lawsuit? Oh, maybe because you use aircraft to locate animals for your clients. Whether legal or not it is absolutely deploreable hunting ethics in my opinion.
