Utah LE elk 2005

I was curious if anyone had done any elk hunting in the north cache unit for elk? I'm considering applying their in 2005. I also would be perfectly content on a 300 inch bull. I have 6 points. Thanks - Brian

A 300 bull should be no problem but I dont think you will draw with 6 points.. unless you are darn lucky.

elk_horn - thanks for the info. I haven't seen the statistics...it seems that in the past they would have all that info in the proclamation, like success, but not any more. Do you know how many points it typically takes? Thanks - Brian

If you do archery 11 points next year you will draw... but if you are doing rifle..it could eventually take more than 12 points.
