How do you feel, as hunters of bull elk?
About the remanded hearing from the ninth circiut court to the United States District Court in Arizona, where that court ruled the Arizona Game and Fish Department Administrative Code Rule 12-4-114-E limiting the non-residents bull elk to ten percent, unconstitutional, and requiring Arizona to come up with an alternative medthod. this original tort suit was filed under the commerce clause of the United States.

this order was signed July 12, 2004 by Robert C. Broomfiel, Senior United States District Judge.

joe-I tried to recap last nights Game & Fish meeting on general forum. Bottom line is Taulman has hurt hunting and helped the anti's by starting this fight. Read Zumbo's position on www.jimzumbo.com and you will pretty well get the feeling from me. I just hope this doesn't end up hurting the average NR hunter too much. Also think we will end up with an ironclad position to lock this guy out of the state before we are done.
