Cow Elk Hunt

I am stuck in Pennsylvania. Friends can't make a
trip this year. I am trying to find a cow elk hunt
but need some help. I need a unit with available
tags and help to get the critter out to the processor.
I cannot hunt Oct. 9th but any other time is OK.
Will pay reasonable fees. Trespass hunt, motel hunt,
or outfitter is Ok as well as private individual

There many tags left for Wyoming if you want to shoot a cow. Here is a link to what's left:

I am familiar with areas 12, 14 and 110 in South Central Wyoming around the Saratoga and Encampment areas. Many elk and lots of public land to hunt in the national forest and also BLM land. You can get a motel for cheap in Saratoga or Encampment, but they might be filled up for hunting season so I'd call to find out. As far as outfitters go, I don't know how much you want to spend, but I know the Elk Mountain ranch(area 12) charges $1500.00 for a cow elk hunt.
