Elk in BC

Has anybody elk hunted in BC? Especially around the Kootenay area north of Montana Idaho?
What sizes of bulls are there?
Anybody heard of Sawtooth Outfitters?

I've done some elk hunting in B.C., but not in the area you're interested in. If you want to hunt Roosevelt Elk, let me know, as I've hunted them on Vancouver Island a fair bit. I've also hunted elk in the northeastern corner of the province, albeit without success . . . Send me a PM or e-mail if you want more info.

The east kootenays is where i live and hunt. 6 point or better only for elk though. You can get monster elk around the Kootenay Lake in the remote areas. There is a guiding service there too, msg me if interested.
